2. Scope

This policy applies to all UMBRELLA employees, contractors, volunteers, and anyone representing our organization in any capacity. It covers interactions in physical workspaces, client sites, online environments, and at events.

3. Standards of Behavior

• Act professionally and ethically at all times
• Respect personal boundaries and cultural differences
• Refrain from discriminatory, harassing, or abusive conduct
• Report concerns about the safety or welfare of others without fear of retaliation

4. Reporting Concerns

Anyone who has a safeguarding concern is encouraged to report it immediately. Reports can be made confidentially via our contact page or directly to a designated safeguarding officer. All reports will be taken seriously and investigated appropriately.

5. Review

This policy is reviewed annually and updated as needed to reflect changes in legislation, best practices, and organizational needs.
