UMBRELLA provides cybersecurity consulting, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, security monitoring, and related professional services. Specific deliverables and scope are defined in individual service agreements.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of any credentials or reports provided
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes
  • Obtain proper authorization before requesting security assessments on systems you do not own

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of UMBRELLA or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reports and deliverables are provided for your internal use only unless otherwise agreed.

5. Limitation of Liability

UMBRELLA's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our security assessments identify risks but do not guarantee absolute security.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms of the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Dhaka.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
